Upstate Circle of Friends

Upstate Circle of Friends is committed to expanding opportunities, enhancing the quality of life, and the progression of at-risk children, children with disabilities, and their families through various educational, recreational, and social programs. We provide interactive afterschool programs for special needs youth and at-risk youth. We are proud to be the first Kids Café and Backpack program in the Upstate. These programs provide hot meals to the youth enrolled in the program and allow them to take food home so they will have a healthy, nutritious meals at home when school is out.
